Last week I had a good week, ran some good distances and felt pretty good. So I'd hadn't ran since Saturday and decided I needed to go a long way to make up for it. Good thought...I ran about 2 miles and felt like I was going to die the whole time. I was overdressed and hot. The wind was blowing crazy hard, and I just felt like I couldn't get it together. So I walked home...about 2 miles. Then to make up for my slackerness, I walked another 3 miles in the evening. I am going to pray that this doesn't freak me out and make me think that I am going to die every time. I will report back on that. Hopefully, by then someone will "TEAR DOWN THAT WALL"!
