That both RHM and Brassy ran four miles on the same day that our beloved number four Brett Favre announced his retirement?!? Hmm...
I have a slight phobia now of running at school, it really seems twice as hard, so I decided to crank it up tonight to be ready for a crappy run tomorrow (not too positive). I ran 4 and felt great, so did 1 more slightly faster, and finished with my usual 1/2 mile walk.
Feeling a little pressure for a better name, so I will sleep on it.
