Hello All! You will be happy to know that I am not dead. Almost though. Caught the head/chest cold that has been making the rounds and spent Wednesday to Saturday either in bed or on my couch. I even managed to miss my actual birthday. Good thing we partied it up in advance! ;-) So much for getting consistent with my running. Finally put my shoes on Monday night and went to the gym and got 2 miles in. Felt really good to be moving but didn't want to overdue it on my first day back. Got sucked into the couch and my very warm good smelling husband on Tuesday AND Wednesday night. Yikes!! I worked out but I don't know how many miles it would be... So anyway, today I actually got outside and went for a 3.2 mile run. Not too bad - was a bit disappointed once I was done that I had not gone farther. I need to come up with a new loop that is longer and perhaps flatter.
RHM - Rock on - 6 miles is AWESOME!!!! Grandma here better get on it!
