Yikes! Where did March go?! Had an ok week last week - went 2 miles on Monday, had a wake on Tuesday, went 3.3 and 2 hours of volleyball on Wednesday and 4 miles on Thursday. Nothing Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Weekends are a complete loss for me. I have yet to do a long run. I think that I am just way to intimidated by the thought of it. May need therapy!
Going to try to get my recomended miles in this week (long run included). Went 3 miles last night. Not a fun run though. Had one of those nights where you just can't relax into a pace and go. So that part sucked but I was happy with the 3 miles - thats good for me on a Monday. I hope to find a nice pace and 4 miles tonight...
