I've got the running outside thing back on track. I ran my long run Friday morning. Thought I might die at one point, my chest was pounding so hard. I had taken the day off of school, but by the end of Friday my joints were aching. Ugh. I took Saturday off, run outside on Sunday and Monday. This morning I ran at school on the treadmill. I will admit that running outside has made my quads pretty sore. I will try to get a good stretch tonight at practice with the team, and run with them to loosen things up a bit.
This weekend I am running Crazylegs with my DAD and am pretty excited about that. Brassy1 is running it too, so I think it should be fun. Just saw that the Grumpy Troll won a World Cup Beer award, maybe we should travel to Mt. Horeb afterwards and check it out?!? Not sure when or how I will do a longer run, but I will figure something out.
