After being in the car for about 4 hours on Saturday, my throat hurt, so instead of running after lack of activity, I did the next best thing, ordered Mexican food and ate until I was stuffed (driving does burn some calories, right?).
Today I thought I would have a good run after taking 2 days off, not the case. I had cramps under my ribs the whole time. I stopped and walked one minute, and then figured I would try to run through the last mile, which I did, but it was painful. All in all, I ran 6 sucky miles and will hope for a better run tomorrow.
Out of the Land of Lincoln and happy to be back in the land of CHEESE.
