*Heidi - sorry to hear about the cows. I want everyone to know those cows are probably alive today because I don't eat beef.
*I am getting some chaffing on my right inner thigh. Either my thigh is getting bigger or it is because I am starting to wear shorts.
*I almost got struck by lightning when I was running today. I think it was God's way of telling me you are crazy.
