Goals

Me and my lofty goals. I ended up babysitting my mother over dinner and shopping on Wednesday instead of running my 3 to 5. I did however take my 2 daytime kids for a ride in the bike trailer for an hour. I have never been so exhausted! My legs hurt, my stomach hurt and I was sweating hard. Now you ask yourself how come this was such a workout? I'm not in that bad of shape! I told Drew about my experience and that I thought that my tires were a little squishy so he should check them when he had a chance. He had to put 15 to 20 pounds in all of the tires! He said it should actually roll the next time I use it. Yikes! No wonder it felt like I was dragging a 100 pound rock behind my bike - I was! So anyway - I slouched on Thursday but did put in 3.3 outside on Friday.

High hopes for today!
